It seems to me like she has a wet and wavy look going on with her hair. After she washed her hair, she let it air dry. In addition to letting the hair air dry, she added some hair mouse and spritz to the style. This helps the hair dry quicker and hardens the hair. She pulled a little hair from the side clipped it up with a bobbypin. She even has a crimpy side bang. She is really daring with hair colors.
